Things like this make you wonder how the world works. Being right in the middle of an English Literature module dealing with African texts, I’ve just read Antjie Krog’s Country of My Skull, which is undoubtedly the most horrifying book I’ve ever read. It opens with Terreblanche’s testimony before the Truth and Reconciliation Commission regarding the Kempton Park bombings.
15 years later it’s come back around. I wish death upon no one but it seems hate is a double-edged sword.
